Questions
What counts as an active user?
Someone who signs in and uses an app in your workspace during the month. Each person counts once, however many apps they use.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
No. You can connect your own Claude app or API key and build through MCP, and we charge nothing for that AI. Or you can use the built-in AI builders: every new workspace gets $5 of in-app AI, and you can top up when it runs out.
Do developers count toward my plan?
No. Plans are priced on the people using your apps, not the people building them.
What if my apps go over my plan’s limit?
On Free and Builder, we email you when you pass the limit and give you 7 days to upgrade. After that, new users can’t sign in until you upgrade or the month resets. People already using your apps keep working. On Scale, usage over the limit is billed, not blocked.
What happens to an unused Free workspace?
A Free workspace with no activity for 30 days is deleted, along with its apps and data. Any use resets the clock, and paid workspaces are never deleted for inactivity.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. You can change plans or cancel from your workspace billing page.
